We build this live and work concept by focusing on ressources nobody had on their radar.
Live and study in an urban environment, but aligned with nature and with a sustainable approach, meets the demands of today's conscious students.
Floating, zero emissions student residencies which provide the whole infrastructure young people need to fully focus on their education. Each dormitory will offer a high standard of living for an affordable monthly rent for 60 to 80 students. We enable cities to supply a creative and exclusive living and work space to an attractive target group, short term.
We know that our planet needs a change. And therefore, we believe humans need to transform the way we think and live. This is why we want to create this new way of living out of existing resources which are not needed anymore. We recycle old and environmentally harmful systems and products and put them to a new and sustainable purpose. Net zero emission living needs to be the goal for society.
Students will create our future so we start to enable them to take their first steps into an independent and conscious life with a close connection to nature. This aligned start will influence their path and build aspiration they will carry all their life.
The Floating Campus GmbH has been founded to assure that building a community in urban environments, living in a fast changing society and matching the needs of young and driven people is not contradictory to sustainable living.
We will create this community and provide space for a new, young and creative generation with great values.
